It seems to us that there is a need to work for the athletes & sports champions of our country. Our organization is working in this area by identifying the need. Today the Center and the State Governments have provided various schemes, job opportunities for the players. Contestants are given 5% reserved seats for sportspersons, like The Indian Railways, Air Force, Navy, Army, Government Departments. We work to give information about the opportunity / availability of this job by preparing the organization for the required seats for the organization. We manage to accord information about the opportunity of this job for the required reserved seats. In Maharashtra the talented lagoon is unearthed through RSF. Especially in Rural areas players are given accomplished training. RSF has a tremendous 5 acres complex at Saswad, Pune District encompassed with an indoor gymnasium, Badminton Hall, cricket ground and three flooded volleyball courts etc. Players from different talukas come for training to Saswad. The come from Latur, Sangli, Kolhapur, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune City, Solapur. Their schooling, diet, and living is managed by RSF. In different competitions they have brought laurels to both the state and the country.
